Admissions

Applicants need a full Grade 12 School Certificate (or equivalent) with a minimum of five (5) credits including English and Mathematics. Additional requirements may apply for specific programmes.

Download the application form from our website, fill it in completely, and submit it along with the required documents and application fee. You can submit in person at our office or via email to admissions@cbbu.ac.zm.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We recommend applying early to secure your place. Contact our admissions office for current intake dates and deadlines.

Yes, transfer students are welcome. Your previous academic credits will be evaluated for possible exemptions. Please provide transcripts from your previous institution along with your application.

Programmes

Most bachelor's degree programmes are four (4) years in duration. The Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology is one (1) year. Programme durations may vary based on individual circumstances.

Yes, all our programmes are approved and accredited by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) of Zambia. Our degrees are recognised nationally and regionally.

Fees & Payment

Yes. Students must pay at least 70% of tuition at registration. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, starting one month after registration and before final exams.

Merit-based and need-based scholarship opportunities may be available. Please contact the admissions office to inquire about current scholarship programmes and eligibility criteria.

Campus & Student Life

CHAZ Brook Besor University is located at CHAZ House, Meanwood, Lusaka, Zambia. The campus is easily accessible from all major areas of Lusaka.

The university can assist students in finding suitable accommodation near the campus. Contact the Dean of Students office for accommodation guidance and referrals.

CBBU provides academic advising, career guidance, library services, ICT facilities, and student welfare support. We also have an active WhatsApp community for peer support and university updates.
